How does the $50 deposit and cancellation policy work?
A $50 deposit is taken when you book and is applied to your service. You're free to reschedule or cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours, the deposit holds the reserved time. You can manage, reschedule, or cancel anytime from the link in your confirmation email.
What areas do you serve?
We're a mobile detailing service across Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge, Ontario — we come to your driveway or private parking. If you're just outside these cities, choose "Other" when booking and leave your location; we'll be in touch about serving your area.
